Who we are
This website is operated by TrueCorner, an operating partner for independent real estate brokerages and teams. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent through our contact page.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we collect what you enter: your name, your email address, your brokerage or company, and your description of your biggest operational challenge, along with the page you sent it from and the date and time.
To keep out automated spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots, plus a hidden field that people never see or fill. We also limit how many messages can be sent from one connection in a short time. We don't store your IP address with your message.
The Brokerage Scorecard runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and your result are not sent to us or stored by us.
Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Analytics, cookies and tracking
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as how many people visit and which pages they read. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t build a profile of you, and doesn’t follow you across other websites.
We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t sell or share information for advertising. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, arrange a conversation, provide any services we agree on, and keep a record of our inquiries and correspondence. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to marketing emails without your permission.
Each message is saved in our business database, hosted by Cloudflare, and a copy is emailed to us through Google Workspace.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as Cloudflare (hosting, our business database, site analytics and spam protection) and Google Workspace (our email), and only so they can provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger, sale or similar business transaction.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and related records for as long as the law allows, so we can follow up and keep accurate business records.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections to this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send your request through our contact page and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. We’ll delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
Children
This website is for business owners and professionals. It isn’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Changes apply from the date they’re posted.
