Lead follow-up for teams.
TrueCorner builds lead follow-up around your own CRM, your voice and your rules, not an off-the-shelf script. AI drafts and times the routine messages, and your people approve what goes out.
Lead follow-up for teams in detail
Your CRM, your voice
Follow-up tools tend to arrive with someone else’s scripts and their own database. We work inside the CRM you already use, write the sequences in your team’s words and set the rules for when a person takes over. The leads, the history and the wording stay yours.
The leads you already have
Most teams sit on years of contacts nobody has followed up with. We help you decide which of them to contact, in what order, and with what message, with consent and texting rules built into the process.
How we approach crm.
Where drag shows up
- Agents use the CRM differently, or not at all.
- Leads are routed by hand and response time is not measured.
- Contact data is too inconsistent to report from.
How we approach it
- Decide what the CRM is for in your brokerage, then configure it to that.
- Define lead routing rules and response expectations.
- Set data standards and clean the records that matter most.
What we design toward
- A lead’s path is visible from first contact to closing.
- Response expectations are clear, and someone can see whether they are met.
- CRM data is reliable enough to plan and report from.

From Brent’s experience
One of the biggest opportunities I recognized in real estate was how much potential business could be lost simply because follow-up wasn’t consistent. Agents are constantly balancing showings, negotiations, transactions, and client relationships. Even the best agents can let opportunities slip through the cracks when they’re relying on memory, spreadsheets, or scattered notes to manage their pipeline.
The answer was to bring more structure to the process through a centralized CRM and automated follow-up workflows. Instead of leads living in individual inboxes or personal databases, the system could organize contacts, track conversations, assign responsibility, and create reminders based on where someone was in the buying or selling process.
What made the approach valuable wasn’t simply the automation. It was the accountability and visibility it created. Agents could see who needed attention, leadership could identify where follow-up was breaking down, and opportunities were less likely to be forgotten. Just as importantly, we wanted the communication to remain authentic. A system might remind an agent to reach out, but the relationship still needed to feel personal.
With the next step already built into the workflow, agents spent less time managing their pipeline and more time having meaningful conversations with potential clients.
When you build systems that create consistency behind the scenes, you give agents more freedom to focus on the relationships that ultimately drive their success.
It’s also a philosophy that influences how I’m building TrueCorner. Sustainable growth doesn’t come from simply adding more leads or more people. It comes from creating the operational infrastructure that helps you make the most of the opportunities you already have.

Questions owners ask first.
- How do I automate follow-up without sounding like a robot?
- Write the messages in your team’s own words, keep them short, and let AI draft and time them while a person approves anything that isn’t routine. Hand the conversation to an agent as soon as the lead replies.
- Will this replace our CRM?
- No. We build the follow-up inside the CRM you already use, so your leads and history stay where they are.
- AI ISA or human ISA: which is better for a team?
- It depends on your volume and how your agents work. AI handles first responses and routine follow-up well at any hour, and people handle the conversations that need judgment; many teams combine the two.
- Can we see whether follow-up is actually happening?
- Yes. Routing rules and response expectations live in the CRM, so leaders can see every lead’s next step and whether it happened on time.
- What about old leads sitting in our database?
- They are often the fastest place to start. We help you choose which contacts to re-engage and how, with consent and texting rules built in.
